Production Process

 

Raw Material (Botanical Name: Citrus aurantium L): Select Citrus aurantium L (bitter orange) as the raw material.

Pre-treatment: Perform appropriate pre-treatment on the bitter oranges, which may include cleaning and peeling, to prepare for the extraction process.

Extraction: Extract the pre-treated bitter oranges using suitable solvents to extract the target component, Neohesperidin.

Concentration: Remove the solvent from the extracted solution through evaporation or other concentration methods to concentrate it.

First Time Crystallization: Control the temperature and concentration to induce the crystallization of the concentrated solution, obtaining initial crystalline product.

Re-crystallization: Perform re-crystallization treatment on the initial crystalline product to improve its purity and cleanliness.

Drying (CCP): Dry the re-crystallized product to remove residual solvents and moisture, ensuring product stability and quality.

Crush & Blend & Sift: Crush, blend, and sift the dried product to achieve the desired particle size and uniformity.

Internal Package: Pack the product into suitable internal packaging materials to maintain its quality and purity.

Metal Detect (CCP): Inspect the internally packaged product using metal detection equipment to ensure that the metal impurities are within the specified limits.

External Package: Pack the product into appropriate external packaging materials to protect its integrity during transportation and storage.

Final Product: After undergoing the above processing steps, Neohesperidin becomes the final product, which can be further used or sold.
