Production Process

 

Melting Tank: Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Ascorbyl Palmitate, and vegetable oil are added to the melting tank for dissolution and mixing, forming a liquid state.

Emulsification Tank: The mixture is further added to the emulsification tank with purified water, maltodextrin, sodium starch octenylsuccinate, gum arabic, and sodium ascorbate for emulsification and homogenization.

Filtration and Homogenization: The mixture is processed through a 120-mesh filter to remove impurities and unwanted particles, ensuring the uniformity and stability of the mixture.

Spray Drying: The mixture is sprayed into fine particles and rapidly evaporated in hot air through spray drying, resulting in powdered microencapsulated products.

Blending: Silicon dioxide is added and blended uniformly to enhance the stability and uniformity of the product.

Sifting and Metal Detection: The blended product undergoes screening with a sifter to remove any particles that do not meet specifications. Additionally, a metal detector is used to detect and remove any potential metal impurities.

Weighing and Packaging: The Vitamin A Palmitate Powder is weighed and packed into appropriate containers for convenient storage and distribution.

Testing: Samples are taken from the packaged products for various quality and safety tests.

Storage: The tested and qualified products are stored in a designated area, awaiting further distribution or supply chain processes.
