Production Process

Centrifugal Filtration of Extraction Liquid: Perform centrifugal filtration on the extracted liquid to separate solid particles and impurities using centrifugal force.

Ceramic Membrane Filtration: Conduct ceramic membrane filtration on the centrifugally filtered extraction liquid to further remove fine particles and impurities, obtaining a purified extraction liquid.

Concentration: Remove the water content from the extraction liquid through evaporation or other concentration methods to achieve juice concentrate.

Packing: Pack the juice concentrate into suitable packaging containers to maintain its quality and freshness.

Metal Detection: Use metal detection equipment to inspect the packaged product to ensure that metal impurities are within the specified limits.

Testing & Warehousing: Further test and inspect the product to ensure compliance with quality requirements and store it in warehouses.
