Production Process

 

Raw Material: Select persimmon leaves as the raw material.

Pre-treatment: Perform appropriate pre-treatment on the persimmon leaves, which may include cleaning and drying, to prepare for the extraction process.

Extract with Ethanol: Extract the pre-treated persimmon leaves using ethanol as the solvent to extract the target components.

Recycle Ethanol: Recover the ethanol solvent used in the extraction process through appropriate methods for reuse.

Filtration: Filter the extracted solution to remove solid particles or other impurities.

Concentration: Remove the solvent from the extracted solution through evaporation or other concentration methods to concentrate it.

Extract with Ethyl Acetate: Perform a second extraction on the concentrated liquid using ethyl acetate as the solvent to further extract the target components.

Recycle Ethyl Acetate: Recover the ethyl acetate solvent used in the extraction process through appropriate methods for reuse.

Vacuum Drying: Subject the extracted solution to vacuum drying to remove residual solvents and convert it into a dry extract.

Crush & Blend & Sift: Crush, blend, and sift the dried extract to achieve the desired particle size and uniformity.

Internal Package: Pack the product into suitable internal packaging materials, such as food-grade PE bags, to maintain its quality and purity.

Metal Detect: Inspect the internally packaged product using metal detection equipment to ensure that the metal impurities are within the specified limits.

External Package: Pack the product into appropriate external packaging materials, such as fiber drums, to protect its integrity during transportation and storage.

Final Product: After undergoing the above processing steps, the persimmon leaf extract becomes the final product, which can be further used or sold.
