Production Process

 

Raw material (Botanical Name: Citrus grandis (L.)): Select Citrus grandis (L.) (grapefruit) as the raw material.

Extract: Extract the grapefruit to obtain the target component, Naringin.

Concentration: Remove the solvent from the extracted solution through evaporation or other concentration methods to concentrate it.

Coarse Crystallization: Control the temperature and concentration to induce the crystallization of the concentrated solution, resulting in preliminary coarse crystals.

Filtration: Filter the coarse crystals to remove solid particles or impurities.

Dissolving: Dissolve the filtered coarse crystals in an appropriate solvent.

Decolorization: Subject the dissolved solution to decolorization treatment to remove color impurities and obtain a purified solution.

Crystallization: Utilize crystallization techniques to recrystallize the decolorized solution and obtain purified crystals.

Sterilization (CCP): Apply sterilization treatment to the crystalline product, typically through heating or other sterilization methods, to ensure product safety and stability.

Spray Drying: Use spray drying technology to convert the sterilized solution into a powder or granular form by atomizing and rapidly evaporating water in hot air.

Crush & Blend & Sieve: Crush, blend, and sieve the spray-dried product to achieve the desired particle size and uniformity.

Internal Package: Pack the product into suitable internal packaging materials to maintain its quality and purity.

Metal Detect (CCP): Inspect the internally packaged product using metal detection equipment to ensure that the metal impurities are within the specified limits.

External Package: Pack the product into appropriate external packaging materials to protect its integrity during transportation and storage.

Final Product: After undergoing the above processing steps, Naringin becomes the final product, which can be further used or sold.
