What is Pullulan?
Pullulan polysaccharide is a water-soluble polysaccharide produced by sucrose and glucose as raw materials, fermented by microorganisms (Bacillus sporides), and is a straight-chain polysaccharide composed of maltotriose repeat units linked by A-1,4 glycosidic bonds through A-16 glycosidic bonds, tasteless and odorless white powder.
