Production Process

 

Raw Material: Use sun-dried Andrographis Paniculata leaves as raw material

Extract: The dry Andrographis Paniculata leaves are extracted with 60% edible ethanol and 40% water twice

Concentration: Apply single-effect concentration

Sterilization (CCP): Heat the concentrated solution with steam at 80ºC~90ºCfor 3 hours

Dry: With an inlet temperature of 175ºC~185ºC and outlet temperature of 90ºC~95ºC, apply spray dry.

Crush & Blend & Sift:Pass through #80 mesh sieve, all operations are implemented in the 100k clean workshop

Internal Package: Internal package is a double-layer food-grade PE bag; all operations are implemented in the 100k clean workshop

Metal Detect (CCP): Critical Limit: iron≤0.5mm, non-iron≤1.8mm, stainless steel≤1.8mm; all operations are implemented in the 100k clean workshop

External Package: External package is a 25kg/fiber drum
