What is Vitamin E?
 

Mixed tocopherol powder is made of mixed tocopherol oil, adding sodium starch of octenyl succinate and other microencapsulation technology. It is a light yellow powder, which can be widely used in dietary supplements, foods and cosmetics to improve the nutrition and stability of products.

Mixed tocopherol (natural vitamin E) is an important fat-soluble antioxidant component, mainly found in corn oil, soybean oil and olive oil; It mainly contains four components, which are α-, β- tocopherol, γ- tocopherol, δ- tocopherol. Each component of tocopherol has a phenolic hydroxyl structure, high oxidation activity, and can replace other substances to be oxidized first, so as to protect other substances from oxidation. The antioxidant properties of each component of tocopherol from strong to weak were as follows: δ-tocopherol > γ-tocopherol > β-tocopherol > α-tocopherol.
