Production Process


Rice Protein: First, rice is used as the raw material and undergoes processing steps such as cleaning and grinding to obtain rice protein.

Homogenate: The rice protein is mixed with water and undergoes homogenization to ensure uniform dispersion of protein particles.

Enzymatic Hydrolysis: The homogenized mixture is treated with specific enzymes, such as proteases, to facilitate the hydrolysis of rice protein molecules. Enzymes cut the protein chains, breaking them down into smaller peptide chains or amino acids.

Separation: The mixture, after enzymatic hydrolysis, undergoes separation processes such as centrifugation or filtration to separate solid particles (such as residues or precipitates) from the hydrolysate.

Decolorization and Deodorization: Impurities, pigments, and odors are removed from the hydrolysate through methods such as activated carbon adsorption, decolorizing agents, and distillation.

Separation: The hydrolysate, which has undergone decolorization and deodorization, is further separated to remove any remaining solid particles or impurities.

Membrane Filtration: Membrane filtration techniques such as microfiltration or ultrafiltration are used to further purify the hydrolysate, removing smaller impurities, microorganisms, and other suspended particles.

Concentrate: The hydrolysate, which has undergone membrane filtration, is concentrated to remove excess water through methods such as evaporation or reverse osmosis.

Sterilization: The concentrated hydrolysate is subjected to sterilization processes such as high-temperature treatment, UV radiation, or chemical sterilizing agents to eliminate bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms that may be present.

Spray Drying: The sterilized hydrolysate is transformed into a solid powder through spray drying. The hydrolysate is sprayed as fine droplets and rapidly evaporated in a hot airstream, resulting in the conversion of liquid droplets into solid powder.

Metal Detecting: After spray drying, the hydrolysate undergoes metal detection to ensure that no metal impurities are present in the product.

Package: The metal-detected hydrolysate, which meets the quality standards, is packaged using sealed packaging materials to maintain freshness and quality.

Finished Product: Finally, the packaged hydrolyzed rice protein becomes the end product, which can be used in various food, dietary supplement, or cosmetic applications.
