Production Process

Take out the frozen strains:Select appropriate strains from the frozen strain storage for production purposes

Activation of the strains:Inoculate the retrieved frozen strains into a culture medium, providing suitable conditions such as temperature, nutrients, and oxygen supply to enable the strains to enter the growth phase.

The primary bacteria cultivation:Transfer the activated strains to a culture medium and promote their growth and reproduction through cultivation and agitation, increasing their population.

The secondary bacteria cultivation:Transfer the strains obtained from primary cultivation to a new culture medium for secondary cultivation, further increasing the population of bacteria.
